All bookings for The London Institute of Banking & Finance events in India are made with the Indiaedge Education Private Limited and entered into subject to these terms and conditions. By making a booking you agree, on behalf of yourself, your organisation and attendees from your organisation, to be bound by these terms and conditions. In these terms and conditions, the expressions ‘you’, ‘your’ and attendee(s)’ means the party booking a place(s) at the event.
Definition of an event
An event is defined as a guest speaker session or supplementary training.
Cancellation of an event
The Indiaedge Education Private Limited reserves the right to alter the contents of any event or the leaders/presenters of any event and/or the venues at which the event is planned to be held and to cancel the event at its sole discretion. In the event of a cancellation by Indiaedge Education Private Limited, other than a failure by you to pay the invoice in accordance with these terms and conditions, a full refund of the booking fee will be made with no further liability on the part of Indiaedge Education Private Limited.
In the event of cancellation by Indiaedge Education Private Limited it will endeavour to contact all attendees to the event wherever possible through the contact details given by the attendee.
Incidental expenses
The Indiaedge Education Private Limited is not responsible for reimbursing travel, accommodation or any other costs or expenses incurred by attendee(s) to the events.
Cancellation by you
Refunds will be made for guests withdrawn up to 10 working days before the event. Any refunds will be processed after the event.
Indiaedge Education Private Limited reserves the right to charge the full registration fee in respect of any attendee(s) who cancel their booking(s) or withdraw from an event and who would otherwise be entitled to attend events on a reduced or no-charge basis. However, you are permitted to substitute a delegate at any time up to 24 hours before an event is due to commence. Payment
If payment is required for you or your guests’ attendance, you will be required to make the payment online before the booking is complete.

Tickets for events are made available on a first come, first served basis and you will not be registered to attend an event until a confirmation has been received from Indiaedge Education Private Limited.

Photographs and/or video footage may be taken at any the Indiaedge Education Private Limited event and your image may be used on websites, publications, promotional material and publicity in the future. No references will be made that link your image with any other personal data, unless specifically agreed. If you are concerned about your image being captured via video or photograph, please contact the events team on +91 85950 32564 or speak to them in person when you arrive at the event.
Registration Cancellation
You have 14 calendar days from your course start date to cancel your registration and arrange a refund by calling our Student and Customer Services team.
After this period all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you have booked your exam with Pearson VUE (and are within the cancellation period), you will need to contact them directly at least 24 hours prior to the exam date to cancel it. Then allow at least two hours before calling our Student and Customer Services team to cancel the qualification registration and arrange a refund.
